* All orders for delivery to the Rest of the World are charged by the weight of products – the estimated cost (35€) for delivering your items will be shown at the checkout. In case the delivery cost will be higher we reserve the right to charge you extra.
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
On the occasion we offer promotional free delivery; the flat rate of shipping will be subsidised, however the charge of duties and import taxes will not.
All items are currently shipped from Slovenia, Europe. Therefore you might be charged taxes and duties when ordering from non EU countries.
DELIVERY TIMES FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS ONLY

We aim to deliver in-stock products within 2 – 5 working days of purchase.
UK, NO, CH
Items are usually dispatched within 2 - 5 working days of purchase and we aim to deliver orders within 8-14 working days from dispatch.
ROW
Items are usually dispatched within 2 - 5 working days of purchase and we aim to deliver orders within 8-14 working days from dispatch.
Please note that while we always aim to deliver your product within the dates stated on the website, we cannot be held responsible for delays to any deliveries. Reasons for delay may be due to payment authorization, stock availability or international customs clearance. Please expect longer delivery times in pick seasons (Christmas, Bank Holidays, Sales…). Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date as well as note that we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
DELIVERY TIMES FOR MADE TO ORDER AND BESPOKE PIECES
For pieces that are Made to Order, please allow approximately 21 working days for shipment. For Bespoke orders, approximate shipping date will be agreed personaly with a client.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 7 days of delivery.
Note that we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any Bespoke and Made to Order pieces back. Bespoke and Made to Order pieces are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

PayPal and major Credit Cards.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Note that we are not VAT registered.
